This project was part of a writing class which focused on food. We each were able to pick one topic revolving around food and the food industry. This project brought together my personal experience and academic research in a way that felt especially meaningful. Having relied on tube feeding for three years, I had firsthand knowledge of the process, but this assignment pushed me to think critically about its environmental impact, something I had never fully considered before.
